In violation of the Constitution’s 1st Amendment Amanda Stanford has BLOCKED the account used for Hempfling vs Volkmer on Facebook.

According to Naomi Reice Buchwald , Senior United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York: published in KNIGHT FIRST AMENDMENT INSTITUTE vs TRUMP (17 Civ. 5205) “It is emphatically the province and duty of the judicial department to say what the law is,” Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. (1 Cranch) 137, 177 (1803), and we have held that the President’s blocking of the individual plaintiffs is unconstitutional under the First Amendment. Because no government official is above the law and because all government officials are presumed to follow the law once the judiciary has said what the law is, we must assume that the President and Scavino will remedy the blocking we have held to be unconstitutional.” Applies to County Court Clerks too!

That case was based on Twitter and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. We shall see how the 9th circuit will consider 1st Amendment violations ALREADY ESTABLISHED. But this will not be added to the current case Hempfling Vs Volkmer. This will be handled later.

But since Peekyou cannot find the publicly accessible account in Facebook and it cannot find the other account in Facebook we might very well be looking at a Facebook block . Will know later, but for now…. starting the NEXT action.
