Absolute major federal crimes normally seem rather hard to prove. That leaves side doors open to prosecution. One such side door is the Joe Biden Family!
Think! The entire proffered premise behind the ill-fated Democrat impeachment circus is one thing:
Establish the precedent that a person running for office cannot be accused of crimes by another person running for office.
That simple premise gives all the defensive doubt needed to mount a defense to charges ranging from improper filing of secrets to sedition to treason.
It is a giant smoke screen coupled with Joe Biden’s impossible task of not spilling the beans.

“Look, I may be the last guy that publicly called for impeachment, but I’m the only reason there is impeachment going on,” Biden said. “Our democracy is literally at stake. It’s not a joke. This is the most corrupt administration in modern American history.”
Biden admitted strong-arming another country’s leader using tax payer dollars as the carrot. Now he is admitting the entire fiasco of impeachment is just to stop the U.S. Attorney from having a field day with convictions of people who are running for office.
“And the fact of the matter is that whether or not the Senate will impeach, whether or not it will impeach, there is no option but to deal with this,” he said.
All show. Doesn’t matter if it happens just that it looks like it is happening so there is doubt in the minds of juries across the country.
Biden said America can’t elect another “unethical president.” The Democratic presidential candidate suggested that “there’s no option” but to continue on with the inquiry even if it doesn’t appear as though Trump would be officially impeached.
The actual act of removing from office does not matter to the Democrats. They know such a thing is literally impossible with a Republican controlled Senate. But it doesn’t matter?
Of course it doesn’t.
The best defense is a good offense:

The physcological condition known as ‘projection’ is not being used on purpose, it is simply the only tool Democrats have to fight what they have never fought before. Only what they already know.

If the United States Courts permits this defense to gain traction: you can forget about criminal justice. There won’t be any if the accused can demonize the accuser and get away with it.
Democrats should be charged with sedition for employing such a defense.
But it is not just to save Biden. If it works with Joe, it will work with Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Bernie Sanders, James Clapper, John Kerry, Barack Obama, Eric Swalwell, Eric Holder, Janet Napolitano, Timothy Geithner, Susan Rice, Rahm Emanuel, John Brennan, Andrew Weissmann and MANY OTHERS including all the way back to 1992.
