I am sorry to inform you that I will not be attending the base picnic.
I was fired yesterday. John Majhor walked out in disgust. As it seems
incompetency is a requirement and professionalism is not wanted.
Now I have to worry about a form of income. But alas, have been
there before in this goofey business. It has been a pleasure and an
honor meeting and knowing you and I wish the base and its warriors
all the best. I found out two weeks ago that my middle son Matthew
(whom I've not seen in a decade) is in the Air Force stationed at Pope.
Oh the irony of it all..
