Lee the Fact Finding Conference scheduled for 4/24 and 4/25 has been =
postponed because I have to be in Washington on Wednesday. I will =

The people I am talking about are employed with the company. For =
example who did you complaing to,their names and positions, you will =
need for me to request their appearance at the conference or Co Pres; =
Co Vice Presd, Managers and persons harassing you.

If they are to be witnesses for my case anyone showing up will be =
scared to death
That being the situation depending how much intimidation is made =
before they
show up will effect what they say...:
Everything I have is paper trail in email and letters.
I know Bobby Collins will speak the truth if he is not afraid he =
will be fired or
acted upon after the conference.
Denise Moseley (since resigned) would tell the truth.
There are others (in sales and programming) but they owe their =
income
to Charlie Cohn and would be too afraid to talk at all let alone =
tell the truth..

Your recommendation would be greatly appreciated here...





I will be conducting a fact finding conference in Charleston, SC =
on April 25 and will get back with you for the site location and =
address. Who do you want to attend the conference from the company i. e. =
can share facts about your case??

I just got off the phone with the Radio station attorney and let =
him know that we have jurisdiction so I am scheduling a Fact Finding =
Conference for April 24/25. He has to check with him people and see if =
they are available for those dates.
