MY opinion:
You need to tell Sanders that Martin is trying to
intimidate you and to coerce you into either dropping
the charges or cause fear in you. You should NOT be=20
subjected to intimidation and it must stop by order of=20
the EEOC in writing. He only has a right to hear the
tape through legal discovery. This is a man who has=20
been caught and is going to attack as his only defense.
He tried to change the subject to personal issues which
was nothing but a spin tactic to get you to say something
you would not otherwise say. It was pure intmidation and
witness tampering. Charge him with it to Sanders. The
EEOC would use that tape to set up catching them in lies.
If they hear it first it will cover their butts and that is what
Martin was trying to coerce by tampering with you.
