18 U.S.C. § 1503 defines “obstruction of justice” as an act that “corruptly or by threats or force, or by any threatening letter or communication, influences, obstructs, or impedes, or endeavors to influence, obstruct, or impede, the due administration of justice.”
So which is it?
A prosecutor is in charge of corrupt state assistant attorney general lawyers who orchestrate the theft of U.S. Mail; commit repeated acts of perjury; censor the United States of America, lose massive legal cases because of it all: then that prosecutor leaves that job and takes the job responsible for withholding the publication of legal opinions that adjudicate those acts. And for months and months nothing happens.
A serious legal conflict of interest turned into obstruction of justice. During his confirmation process did Michael Bailey answer any questions dealing with potential conflicts of interest?
Arizona’s new junior Senator Martha McSally on Friday May 24, 2019 had this to say about the one man making this obstruction necessary:
“The confirmation of Michael Bailey as the U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona is well-deserved and long overdue,” said McSally. “Arizona has been without a presidentially appointed U.S. Attorney for far too long. Given Mr. Bailey’s distinguished record of service to Arizona and the nation, I am confident he will fulfill his duties to uphold the law and serve Arizonans in his new role.”

Before the nomination of Bailey, Arizona lost out to even being considered to have a U.S. Attorney nominated.
If you manually scroll to time marker 51 minutes you will find the highly contemplative railroad voice vote that confirmed Mr. Bailey to be U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona.
According to his own Wikipedia page: Michael G. Bailey was originally “under consideration for appointment as U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona” on February 17, 2017. By then, Bailey had already overseen the submission of up to five documents in perjury, the setting up a a state sponsored censorship agreement with Google to hide the case Hempfling v. Volkmer from world-wide search results and had already orchestrated the theft of U.S. Mail addressed to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

As Chief Deputy and Chief of Staff to Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, Michael G. Bailey is responsible for the commission of crimes INSIDE FEDERAL COURT TRIALS and is now riding protection over those cases and refusing to allow their publication in direct conflict of interest and a blatant obstruction of justice.

Mark Brnovich is married to former Maricopa County Superior Court Judge and now Federal District Judge Susan Brnovich .
THERE IS NO WAY ON EARTH THOSE WIVES WERE NOT AWARE OF THE CRIMES BEING COMMITTED BY THEIR HUSBANDS. NO WAY.
