It isn’t just mail in ballots. In 2005 I caught the Postal Service stealing mail (more than one instance) addressed to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in Charleston, South Carolina.
That was turned into the court, along with a counter suit that wound up being locked down by the court and after being hidden by SCOTUS has sat quietly ever since and has stopped release of the original federal employment discrimination case.
Then starting in 2015 in the Ninth Circuit Court we caught the postal service AGAIN doing the exact same thing. For the State of Arizona. Inside a medical malpractice case in appeal.
So we set them up.
The Postal Inspectors publish a method they use to catch the bad guys. They pull a sting. So we did that exactly the same way the Postal Inspectors do it and we provided the Court with the set up, the identification and the timing. THEY WERE CAUGHT!
In fact, the Court was so interested in acquiring that ‘set up’ documentation they intercepted (Postal Inspectors may have done this instead of the court) the mail sent cheaply in Fedex (U.S. Post Mail IS NOT TRUSTABLE FOR COURT CASES!) and converted it to the fastest overnight method possible. We only paid $15 to send those documents for late afternoon delivery, while the delivery that happened matched the option that cost three digits.

But how do we know the Postal Inspectors caught all of this? Other than the court and the USPS Inspectors office being guilty of misprision of a felony IF IT WASN’T CAUGHT: this is how. Read it all. This is a follow up document put out by the Postal Inspectors. The original notices made in Management Alerts so far has not been located. It is somewhere. I never a lose a thing! (Well.. not forever at least!)

NOPE. It is highly doubtful there will be ANY vote by mail this year OR…. it will be safer than you can even imagine. But it won’t help cheaters any longer.
