Strange as it may seem today, Federalist Paper #47 was addressed to the People of the State of New York!

The complete list of Executive Orders by Governors!

James Madison said: “The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands, whether of one, a few, or many, and whether hereditary, selfappointed, or elective, may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.”

The American Constitution may as well be torn up now. Look at this list. A complete (up till 4/26/2020) list of Governor issued executive orders. The piece continues below this rather massive list of constitutional overreach:

Deemed ‘essential’ has become a badge of superiority.

The problem with all of this (other than blatant Constitutional destruction which our illustrious Department of Justice has not seem fit to enforcing) is the point.

The point is health.

The medicine has been economy deprived.

While ‘science, science, science.” the reality is ‘destroy, destroy, destroy’.

And now, governors are going to oversee the total collapse of their economies.

The county was brought to an instant halt. If it is not restarted the exact same way GOVERNMENT IS PICKING WINNERS AND LOSERS. Losers will be those not agreeing with the party in control. Why do you think small shops are to be the last thing opened by Democrat governors? THEY WILL NOT BE IN BUSINESS WHEN THE PERMISSION ARRIVES to survive. Governors are hoping you will blame Donald J. Trump for their pure and blatant attack on your life.

Besides destroying the lives of people and their legacies forever, Democrats continue to push lock down.

They a violating the Constitution.

WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE NOBODY HAS THE BALLS TO STOP THEM!

US Attorney General Bill Barr: : “on “The Hugh Hewitt Show” that state’s stay-at-home orders are justified up to a point, but the DOJ could target state and local officials by joining lawsuits filed by citizens over the authoritarian restrictions.

“We have to give businesses more freedom to operate in a way that’s reasonably safe,” Barr said, according to Bloomberg. “To the extent that governors don’t and impinge on either civil rights or on the national commerce — our common market that we have here — then we’ll have to address that.””

There is NO provision in the Constitution to do ANY of the prohibitive orders Governors have issued. They are eliminating the legislative branch and thumbing their noses at the judiciary. It is not ‘more freedom’ it is FREEDOM AT ALL AND BILL BARR IS FAILING THIS NATION! The DOJ should be leading the defense of the Constitution NOT WAITING FOR CITIZENS TO DO THEIR JOBS FOR THEM.

In reality: Government has determined whether a category of income producing endeavors is worth losing. If this was really about the virus it would be protecting the people NOT HANGING THEM OUT TO DIE.

THE LAST TIME ESSENTIAL WAS USED TO DETERMINE A CITIZENS WORTH THE HOLOCAUST KILLED 6 MILLION OF US.
