Joseph R Biden is known for steali.. ah rather… borrowing lines from other people’s speeches to make his own.
After a long and extensive search we have discovered the speech writer he has used and now you can use it too!*
The speech will show up in a teleprompter ready to be delivered. Mouse over the telepromter to stop its scrolling.
ABOUT:
The JOSEPH R. BIDEN PLAGERIZER SPEECHIFIER uses a series of random selections and insertions to select lines from other people’s speeches, movies, sports, television and otherwise general topics and assembles them into a semi-coherent official speech for Joe Biden. You know.. like the thing.
The thing.
You will be able to create a total of 7 (you can change this number limit in the index script line 48 $limit = “7” to any number you would like.
Visitors (yourself included) will be disabled from creating new speeches when the limit is reached. Come back 24 hours later and you will be reset to do it again. This number keeps people from overloading your server.
INSTALL:
Anyway: To use this utility first unzip the package. Upload the entire contents to a folder of your choice or upload the folder to create the same name.
INSIDE index.cgi you can change the following (DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE YOU’LL BE SCREWED FOREVER!)
Line 36 change ‘yes’ to ‘no’ or remove ‘yes’ to turn off email notifications. It will send email to the address you specify when a new speech is creater or an old one is viewed. You can turn that off.
Line 37 change this to your email address MAKE SURE to ‘escape’ the @ symbol with a back slash (\) $mailto = “name\@domain.com”;
Line 48 you can set the limit you want to grant to users for each 24 hour period. Currently set to $limit = “7”;

CHMOD the index.cgi script to 755.

Once installed correctly CHMOD the inside folders to 777.
Access the folder you created with a web browser and there ya go.
NOTE:
This is not made for mobile devices unless landscape mode is used and then only if it is large enough to hold it. Cell phones will have a horribly hard time using this. I do not own a cell phone so I don’t really care about that 😉
