The United States Postal Service provided a ‘service’ to unscrupulous politicians and lawyers and literally STOLE MAIL OUT OF THE HANDS OF THE 9TH CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS. And each time (FIVE OF THEM) they were caught. If you want the court to receive anything do not send it in US Mail. Use Fedex or expect to have yet another mail item stolen.
