Justice is supposed to be some form of retribution that pays back the oppressed. No. Justice is when the victim is made whole. Nothing less. Nothing more.
Social Justice is impossible. Society cannot suffer to be made whole. Its members do. That is not social. It is legal.
Courts can overrule the President exercising his Constitutional Powers. No. Courts cannot do that but there is no current enforceable prohibition. Yet. Its coming by defining coequal branches. Coequal means literally what it says. If one branch is prohibited from something then the other branches are as well or it is not Constitutional. One branch cannot exercise the powers of another. Wait for it.
Democracy is supposed to be the world’s greatest and most fair form of government. No. Democracy is the will of the loudest voice. See Europe.
Democrats like to claim democracy is responsible for all of the rights guaranteed by this country’s Constitution. Actually, Republicanism is responsible. What is thought to be ‘democratic’ is really only in this country and its called Republicanism. Try that freedom of speech thing in any other country on the planet.
The United States of America is a Democracy. No. In fact the Constitution PROHIBITS A DEMOCRACY. See Article 4, Section 4. This is a guaranteed REPUBLICAN GOVERNMENT.

AI is intelligence. No. AI is artificial. Not intelligent at all. It is just very fast and loaded with instructions. Intelligence has no instructions. It makes them. There are scores more. Scores multiplied. Human existence is loaded with lies. The louder the voice the more likely lies are accepted as real. Democracy is very enticing for wannabe tyrants. Theories in science can describe a pristine observation without commentary or not. Most likely not. Theories are attempts to describe.
The only way to escape the lies is to find the fundamental, foundational mechanism of everything. Not a theory of everything. A law. One law. Everything is made of two parts. If you have not identified the other part, you are making decisions without the benefit of reality.
