The following letter has been submitted to the Department of Justice Inspector General’s Investigation Division in email on this date. June 22, 2020!
I am writing you in regards to your confirmation letter received by me after submitting a complaint and information regarding illegal activities by now US Attorney for Arizona Michael G. Bailey. Your letter stated if I had any other concerns to let you know. I do. It has now been well over two years since mandate in the 9th circuit for Hempfling v. Volkmer and a year since we we told you about Bailey’s involvement in crimes committed against the 9th Circuit Court. And nothing. That case caught Google censoring the court and nothing has come of it. That case caught the post office stealing mail for politicians and nothing has come of it. Now, my wife who suffers from Chronic Lymphatic Leukemia is convinced that the case and its legal findings that could help save this nation from overthrow is being swept under the rug and will never be released. It has become serious since the insurrection began and not one word from any court or politician about ending it. She is scared and that emotional distress is directly related to our case not being released by your department. It doesn’t matter if you cannot comment on an on going investigation it only matters that the lady who suffered to make that case happen to begin with, who has waited 9 years to get this far and two years since a hidden mandate does not succumb to the malaise of desperate defeat because things that can make things better in this country are being hidden, kept from public view and not being used to stop the destruction this nation is experiencing. At what point do people who have tried to help this country throw their hands into the air and give up on it? At what point?
