CHINA-CCP-SEARCH is written in PERL. Practical Extraction and Reporting Language.
Not familiar? Think massive web applications. That’s it!
To use this utility you will need to unzip the file (oh the conundrum…)
INSTALL:
Create a folder on you web server (yes pretty much all server have Perl installed. If not yell at your host support or get a real server.)
Name it whatever you would like.
Then upload the files and the folder in the zip file to that directory.
If you have to upload parts individually make sure to create a ‘/data/’ folder to hold the databases.
Your folder should look like this

CHMOD the index.cgi script to 755 (*yes the readme file had a mispelling here but I’m too lazy to care to update it… oh well!)
