Phoenix, Arizona June 16, 2021
The following complaint was filed with Merrick Garland, Attorney General on June 4, 2021.
The complaint informs the Attorney General of a systemic and long lived corrupt practice within the Department of Justice. It details attacks upon the Fourth and the Ninth Circuit Federal Courts in mail theft and censorship. Those attacks have never been brought to justice.
Charging decisions were not made or if made were never told to the courts. That has left one civil case pending in limbo for 15 years.
Someone did not want anyone to know about those attacks. Someone has covered up serious crimes against the United States of America by prohibiting the publication of civil cases where crimes took place during trial.
The two Assistant Attorneys General who conducted the case in federal court where crimes were committed against the court are no longer with that department. During the trial and appeal Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich and Pinal County Attorney Kent Volkmer (both defendants in the Phoenix District Court case), were running for re-election. Former US Attorney Michael G. Bailey was pending appointment to the US Attorney position: served as Chief of Staff to Brnovich directly responsibile for attorney behavior. Susan Brnovich, the wife of Mark Brnovich was under consideration for a federal judgeship. Cynthia Bailey, the wife of Michael G. Bailey was under consideration for an Arizona Appeals Judgeship and now appears to have applied to the Arizona Supreme Court.
The Arizona dental malpractice case, defaulted in bribery, and prohibited release for a decade, gave rise to the federal case. That case was filed to force Arizona to publish: it has itself been held up without publication of the existing mandate for 1143 days. That case was an emergency injunction.
Statues of limitations have long expired for all crimes against the federal courts except those committed during trial in the Ninth Circuit and Phoenix District Courts. Yet the department of justice has failed to inform the courts of the ability to publish. A parallel criminial proceeding is required for that interruption to take place. No such prosecutions have occurred.
ABOUT THE COMPLAINT:
The complaint simply demands the Department of Justice release the illegal holds it carries on all of these civil cases; and allows publication of the civil case results. The complaint is a follow up to a failed FOIA request, ignored for 44 days (now it is 56 days) by the Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General.
