Why Was This Blog Created?

For quite a while we had a rather impossible ability to have the case Hempfling v. Volkmer show up in Google search. So! Words!

Even though two former sites were essentially blocked from search results, we managed to rank this site high enough that it began to make case searches evidently crooked.

What was at first considered an anomaly, became a confirmed censorship act.

WHAT HAPPENED IN THE MISSING MONTHS in 2021?

The missing months at the end of 2021 were due to criminal activity, where we are the victims.

Nutshell: Pinal County Attorney Kent Volkmer (who just lost his re-election attempt to Brad Miller, a much more worthy attorney) used an eviction process to set up a criminal sting operation; as the eviction was extortion, investigated by the Apache Junction Police. Probable cause was found and the sting was conducted in open Justic Court. During that hearing. the sting took place (you should know what that means) we lost our home, without ever missing a payment. The eviction moratorium was used to cover up extortion. And the extortionist wire-tapped that court room to attend without actually showing up. Law violations all over the place. And then Volkmer did what many corrupt prosecutors do: he hid the sting and the extortion and the crimes and he allowed the court to be a victim of wire-tapping . All of that is in front of the Supreme Court.

We will disclose the facts about the wire-tapper criminal extortionist after he’s been put where he belongs. Kent Volkmer was kicked out of his attorney position in the primary.

It is under investigation and prosecution. We are waiting on that parallel proceeding to finish. It was a horrible two month ordeal followed by debit card theft. Just a wonderful time in the desert.
