Artificial Intelligence
- A law MUST be passed that makes the use of anthropomorphic devices illegal in all uses. NO machine should EVER look like, act like, sound like or in anyway emulate a human being or other living creature. The very existence of such devices creates a downward spiral that WILL make humanity HISTORY. Human connections to non human devices will stop this species. Dead.
- A law MUST be passed that makes any product created by AI to be required to identify itself as AI created content visible or audibly detectable continuously through its view or use. Failure to do this will make totally cheap creations cutting humans out of jobs no machine can actually do other than copy what appears to be intelligent. That means a song (like the stupid use of AI to make a #1 hit song currently in rotation) MUST either beep loudly enough to know that is AI or say AI every 30 seconds. That alone will stop ending careers that took a lifetime to reach in replacement by a machine that has no clue it is even ‘on’. Videos made by AI, articles written by AI and any other use to the general public must identify itself as AI content. Continuously. Bias, lies, garbage all become in context when the process has to keep reminding the user IT IS FAKE.
- A law MUST be passed that restricts the use of power, electricity specifically, from municipal sources intended for general population use to no more than10% of the generated output. Humans not having black outs is far more important than a billionaire’s toys being used for stupid reasons. Create their own power or MOVE. AI does NOTHING for a local economy. It only pads the owner’s wallet.
- A law MUST be passed that prohibits AI bots from accessing a page or content that contains a simple marker. That marker, in TEXT would be [AIP]. AI is artificial intelligence, P is PROHIBITED. This allows anyone online to control their own content and allow it in AI or not. Without this: AI is nothing but larceny. Privacy does not exist if the owner has no say. Copyright does not matter if the originator of the content cannot maintain that copyright. The use of any content from a page or platform or site that has marked itself [AIP] is automatically plagiarism and the owners are liable for that output.
- A LAW must be passed that guarantees ALL AI DEVICES OR PROGRAMS will provide what it has in record for a specific person asking. Prove you are you and unless you can find out what the AI has on you and what the AI has made up about you, there is NO privacy protection from misuse. Furthermore, every AI platform must by LAW provide a remove or modify portal to each person doing such review to remove improper content or correct a story made up by a worthless program, not involving a single element of intelligence.
- A LAW must be passed that prohibits AI from being used for ANY inductions, deductions or decisions involving a human being in the justice system and in the hiring process for employment.
- A LAW must be passed that forces all AI platforms and devices to have to identify such in reports, statements, predictions and any other extrapolation of data. NO output of AI should ever, by LAW be unable to instantly know: IT IS FAKE.
Copyrights
The DMCA will soon suffer an almost crippling legal blow. (Its in my case!) AI may ‘create’ content but it does not ‘create’. It copies and words things differently. AI is obviously not human. Only a HUMAN can copyright an original creation. NO AI CAN EVER BE ISSUED A COPYRIGHT. A lAW must be passed that spells out humans alone can be owners of creation rights. An AI that makes something ‘new’ is literally impossible. It has to be based on what the AI already had in memory just as a non aware human who barely knows he’s alive let alone a human of uniqueness in the world and is a visual short term thinker can only create what they know. Its called projection.
Prescription Medication
A LAW must be passed that prohibits the advertisement of any product unable to be legally purchased by the viewing or listening or reading audience. Pharma can advertise to doctors all they want but a doctor is required to make a purchase decision on prescription medication. Advertisements to the general public is like the street corner pusher taking out billboards hawking his illegal drugs. There is NO difference. You cannot buy those drugs without violating a law. You cannot buy the advertised prescription medication without violating a law. Not only will prohibiting public advertising of prescription medication stop the process of making the patient an advocate for a cure or treatment, it will return that responsibility to the physician. And it will remove the word ‘DRUG’ from public consumption, thereby making the use of ‘DRUGS’ decline. Its simple.
Gender Dysphoria
A law must be passed that forces hospitals upon birth, to note the gender of the newly born baby based SOLELY on the one pair of sex chromosomes. If sex chromosomes are XX, the baby is female. If the sex chromosomes are XY the baby is a male. Gender is a condition of the body. Not the brain. Not your opinion. When opinion replaces reality you are insane. That hospital gender identification must BY LAW become the single definition of gender for that person. Just like reality: if you disagree with reality, you are wrong. It requires society to correct you, NOT embrace your delusion, which politicians have done to better their own control over sick people. Mental health suffers greatly when reality is ignored.
Law Supremacy Extended
Article VI, Clause 2:
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
That is Article 6 Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution. It needs to be extended one step. A Law should be passed that furthers this clause by asserting the credibility of law creation and enforcement. Only laws passed by duly elected city, country or state public servants, through the election from their piers may be enforced. There may need to be more specific verbiage as this law’s intent is to stop the Home Owners Associations from Napoleon syndrome and church or mosque, or temple or sanctuary from enforcing law or dictates that in anyway ignore Constitutional Rights, restrict behavior or otherwise not fit the hierarchy of Federal Law. It also places all actions by lower governments within this clause not just courts.
Form of Government
Democrats have incorrectly and seditiously claimed this nation is a Democracy. THAT IS A LIE. A law MUST be passed that correctly identifies this nation as a REPUBLICAN FORM OF GOVERNMENT. See Article 4 Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution.
Section 4 Republican Form of Government
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
Democrats read this as the states are Republican forms of government so they can make up the democracy they so badly want to rule in. If you can read see the context and understand the meaning. The Federal Government guarantees TO THE STATES (not of or for the states) that the Federal Government is a Republican form of government.

There has been no other mention of the topic in the court.
The Democrat lie is based on the typical visual thinker fault of reading a context backward. A law MUST be passed that requires this nation to be referred to as The Republic with a Republican Government. If no law exists Republicans have proven to be too stupid to do it on their own. The most directly targeted political brand in existence and they don’t see it. They believe the lie. Because nobody told them otherwise. So HERE!

Confusion and obfuscation and flat out lies help Democrats. Making these new laws would require Republicans with a pair. Sadly it is not in the DNA. But XX and XY is.
